Please fill in all of the requested shipping information requested as any incomplete or incorrect shipping information may delay the delivery of your order. All shipping services and estimates are provided by UPS. You may select from three UPS shipping options. UPS Standard Ground, UPS Expedited 2nd Day Air, or UPS Express Next Day Air.
For orders outside of the United States and Canada your order may be charged custom fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Glowarehouse.com has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.
Glowarehouse.com accepts Visa or Mastercard Credit Cards or mail in checks or money orders if credit card payments are not applicable. Please choose the Credit Card you wish to use and input your Card Account Number, Expiration Date, and input the Card Verification Number. Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in a denied transaction notification. If you recieve a denied transaction, please try again and ensure that all credit card information entered is correct. Glowarehouse.com does not retain credit card information and all credit information provided is encrypted and secure.
Returns / Refunds:
If your purchase is defective or damaged Glowarehouse.com we will either replace the product or give you a full refund on the defective or damaged merchandise. This decision remains that of Glowarehouse.com. Any claims of shortages in packing or defective merchandise must be made within 5 business days of receiving your goods.
Glowarehouse.com will only accept returns on merchandise in its original packaging and condition and will not accept returns on items that have been damaged due to obvious negligence. Please note that our return policy does not apply to products that are listed to as 'On Special'. In most cases Glowarehouse.com does not credit you the shipping costs. This is considered on a case by case basis. Glowarehouse.com will not accept unauthorized returns from customers who did not contact our staff within 5 business days of receiving their order. For all returns there is a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds for defective and returned product are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days. You will be credited for the original price of the products ordered only. Glowarehouse.com will notify you of the status of your credit or refund by email or telephone. The final decision on all credits, refunds and returns remains that of Glowarehouse.com.
Damaged During Shipping:
If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged state due to shipping or if you received less than the number of packages stated on the delivery log, inform the courier driver immediately to make note of such damage or shortage. If you do not inform the driver you may lose your right to make a claim against the delivery company. Please notify Glowarehouse.com immediately if your package has been damaged during shipping.
